Information regarding registration as a Designated Medical Practitioner:

In order for you to register as a Designated Medical Practitioner in terms of Regulations 4 of the Diving Regulations, 2001, you need to forward the relevant documentation to the Department of Labour. The link on the left will inform you what information is needed and where you need to send it.
